This document sets out the conditions under which the florado.md online shop may be used and under which distance sales contracts are concluded through it.

By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the shop.

An order can be placed with or without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all actions taken through your account.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts used abusively, for false orders or in breach of these terms.

All prices are in Moldovan lei (MDL) and include VAT where the law requires it. The delivery price is shown separately at checkout.

Product images are illustrative and packaging may differ from the photograph. We make every effort to keep descriptions and stock levels accurate, but cannot guarantee they are error-free. If an ordered product is no longer available, we contact you and offer an alternative or refund the amount paid.

The food supplements and natural products sold are not medicines and do not replace a varied diet or treatment prescribed by a doctor. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, undergoing treatment or living with a chronic condition.

A placed order constitutes an offer to buy. The contract is considered concluded at the moment we confirm your order by email or by phone.

We reserve the right to cancel an order when the product is out of stock, when the price was displayed incorrectly, or when the contact details provided are incomplete or wrong. In these cases we inform you and, if payment has already been made, refund the full amount.

• Bank card online — a secure payment processed by our partner bank. Card details never reach or get stored on our servers.
• Cash on delivery, when the parcel arrives.

You may withdraw from the products ordered within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving a reason, provided they are unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned. Contact us before shipping a return so we can confirm the procedure and the shipping address. The amount is refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

If the product you receive is damaged, expired or does not match your order, let us know within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos. We replace it or refund the amount paid, whichever you prefer.

The texts, images, logo and other elements published on florado.md are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written consent.

We are not liable for temporary shop outages caused by maintenance, technical faults or events beyond our control, nor for use of the products contrary to the instructions on the packaging.

The processing of your data is described in Privacy policy.

We may update these terms at any time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when the order was placed. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Any disagreements are settled amicably and, failing agreement, by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
