Processing is carried out in accordance with Law No. 133/2011 of the Republic of Moldova on personal data protection.

• Identification and contact data: first name, last name, phone, email address.
• Delivery data: locality, address, any instructions for the courier.
• Order data: products ordered, value, payment method, order history.
• Account data: email address and password stored in encrypted (hashed) form.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited — collected via cookies and log files.

We do not collect or store your bank card details. They are entered directly on the secure page of the bank that processes the payment.

Order data is kept for the period required by accounting and tax law. Account data is kept while the account remains active; we delete it at your request, except for data we are legally required to retain. Marketing consent stays valid until you withdraw it.
